Creating Account

By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. You must enter the data correctly, including address, phone number (must be able to receive WA), email, and others. We will keep your information safely.

 
Product Information and Color

We tried our best to give the most complete information. We also tried to show the color of the product on the screen as accurately as possible. However, different type of display / screen may display colors slightly different as well.

 
Order Confirmation
  • After successfull checkout process, please check your email inbox to get the order email and order number. You may need to check other folders (spam, promotion, etc.) if the email is not shown on your main inbox folder.
  • You have 24 HOURS (1 DAY) to pay and confirm your payment. Beyond that, we will not preserve your items.
  • After transferring the money, you must notify us (by replying the email order, or via WA message). Mention your order number and the detail of your payment there.
 
Payment

At the moment, payment can only be done through money transfer via Bank Central Asia and Bank Mandiri.


Shipping
  • We are using JNE Regular courier service for domestic shipping.
  • Latest delivery time is on 15:00 WIB (Monday - Friday). Payment/money transfer confirmation after those hours will be processed on the next business day. Currently we don't do shipping on weekend (Saturday - Sunday).
  • Shipping will be processed only after we received customer's notification/confirmation and verified the customer's money transfer.
  • We will provide the JNE receipt number after the process is complete.

Return (online shopping only)

Do you feel a little unsatisfied with your order?
You can return the product to SHAJNA to be exchanged with another product, or ask for refund.
  • Return request should be submitted within 3 days after the receiving date. And we expect to receive the returned product 3 days after that (standard domestic shipping delivery time).
  • Hangtag (price label) is still intact.
  • The product is still in its original condition, undamaged, odorless, unwashed, and packed in watertight package. We will check the condition first (once we received back the product) before giving return approval.
  • Customer needs to send back the product to SHAJNA and bear its shipping fee. Whereas SHAJNA will bear the fee for shipping back the replacement product to the customer for maximum of IDR 15.000 (Java) or IDR 20.000 (outside Java), and the remaining fee (if any) will be borne by the customer.
  • For refund, we will pay only the product's price.
